The Jawahar Planetarium opened in 1979 on the Anand Bhavan campus and has been running sky shows ever since, in Hindi and English at fixed times through the day.
It is aimed squarely at school groups and families, and the shows are pitched accordingly. Seats are limited and the popular slots fill, so it is worth checking the timings on arrival at Anand Bhavan rather than turning up at the dome.
