The New Yamuna Bridge opened in 2004, carrying six lanes across the river towards Naini and relieving the older bridge alongside it.
It is a cable-stayed structure and the most conspicuously modern thing in the city's skyline. At night it is lit, and that is when people come to look at it.
The views up and down the Yamuna from the approach are good, though stopping on the bridge itself is not permitted.
